A grateful heart is an open heart and an open heart is a loving heart, and when you love you are aware of Me for I AM love and when you love Me and are aware of Me, you love all your fellowmen. It’s like a snowball, it gets bigger and bigger as it rolls along, until love dominates everything in your life and living. Love, love, love and go on loving. Love inspires; love stimulates your whole being. When love is flowing in and through your whole being, there can be no disease within you. Therefore let love flow in ever-increasing power and never try to stop it. Remember it is fear, hatred, jealousy, malice, which corrodes and tears down the body, causing disorder and disharmony and disease. Change these for love, kindness, understanding, tolerance, and all the positive qualities and you change your whole being and outlook on life.

I want you to realise and understand as never before the power of your thoughts and how vitally important it is to watch your thoughts and to be in complete control of them and not allow them to control you. Start by counting your blessings and giving thanks for each and every one.
