A grateful heart is an open heart and an open heart is a loving heart, and when you love you are aware of Me for I AM love and when you love Me and are aware of Me, you love all your fellowmen. It’s like a snowball, it gets bigger and bigger as it rolls along, until love dominates everything in your life and living. Love, love, love and go on loving. Love inspires; love stimulates your whole being. When love is flowing in and through your whole being, there can be no disease within you. Therefore let love flow in ever-increasing power and never try to stop it. Remember it is fear, hatred, jealousy, malice, which corrodes and tears down the body, causing disorder and disharmony and disease. Change these for love, kindness, understanding, tolerance, and all the positive qualities and you change your whole being and outlook on life.

The way you start each day can colour the whole day. So let your waking thoughts be ones of joy and gratitude, ones of peace and harmony, of love and thanksgiving. Start by counting your blessings and giving thanks for each and every one. As you lift up your thinking and go forth with those thoughts your whole being is filled with light and you help lighten every dark spot as you come to it. Yes, you can do this. In fact you must do this to help the whole situation for it is the work of every Light Bearer all over the world to unite in this tremendous work of radiating out light and more light, and realise that in the end, Light will triumph. There is so much to overcome, but never at any time lose that vision of victory, no matter how much darkness there may be around you. Lift up your eyes and behold the light and keep your eyes fixed on the light. Love will win, pour forth My divine love on every situation

At the end of each day, stop for a few moments and see if you really have been grateful for all that has taken place and have voiced your gratitude, for all the little things as well as the big things. Without gratitude given and received, all the joy and sparkle goes out of life. So if you feel you have had rather a dull drab day and it has been all work, work, work, you may be sure you have failed to give thanks for the many things which have cropped up during the day. You have been too self-concerned to think of anyone else or to see My beauties and My hand in everything. In fact you have missed LIFE, not been aware of Me and of My Divine Presence. Rectify this as quickly as possible and find that joy and happiness in life which comes from a full and grateful heart and a life of giving as well as receiving. Wake up out of your slumbers and take nothing for granted ever again.
