Without Love There Can Be No Communication 

Love is the answer to all relationships. Without Love there can be no communication. When there is Love, no words need to be spoken for the language of Love needs no words but there is complete understanding without a word being spoken. Where there is Love there are no language barriers for Love can be conveyed in action, in a silent look, in the smallest deed, for Love is so great it can be felt and sensed, and you long for the very best for those you truly Love. When you truly Love one, you can Love all.

 

Be Still and Creep Into My Loving Arms 

Be very loving and very patient. There is so much going on at this time on every level and you may feel lost and bewildered. Be at perfect peace and allow everything to fall into its place; you are of far more help when you are in that state. Stop trying and just BE, and see what a difference it will make - not only to you, but to all those around you as well. Unwind, relax. Be still and creep into My loving arms and find perfect peace and contentment. Be not dismayed, simply take action and do something about it.

 

You are My Hands and Feet 

This spiritual life is very practical for unless you live it, it becomes as nothing but empty words without any Life Force. You have to give it force and life by what you do with it, you have to obey the advice and instruction which I give you. You have to give it life, hands and feet, for you are My hands and feet. Without you to work in and through where should I be? You hold a great responsibility in your hands. All those who hear and read My Word and fail to live it are failing in their responsibility.

Every time... 

Every time your vibrations are raised you help to raise the vibrations of
 the world. Yes, every time you step into those higher realms you help to lift and bring more Light into this darkened world. So you see how vitally
 important are those times of absolute stillness when these cosmic forces can
 work in and through you. It really does help when you realise what is happening and become aware of this tremendous power. Then you can make yourself available so you can be used more and more in this way. You realise every time you become still and allow these powers to flow through you, you are being used to help a very sick world. You are helping to benefit the whole, not just yourself. You are a tiny cog in a vast machine but you are needed to help it to function perfectly.

 

Let Your Whole Life Be a Life of Prayer 

Let your aims be of the very highest and never relinquish those aims. Never be satisfied with anything mediocre, aim always for the very best. You know all this but you do not always put it into practice. Start doing it now and don't wait until a later date. Whenever you have the choice always choose the best, never anything second best. Whenever you feel deep down in you something is right, don't hesitate to see it through no matter what opposition there may be. Simply know that if you are strong enough to see it through only the very best can come out of it. You must be fearless in this life, you must know where you are going and get there. Never belittle your actions, have confidence in your abilities. Know that your 
whole life is guided and directed by Me and therefore when you obey My instructions nothing can possibly go wrong and all will work out perfectly. Go ahead in absolute confidence, do what you know has to be done and see My wonders work 
out. Watch and pray. Let your whole life be a life of prayer, not a prayer of many words but of silent, silent prayer.

 

Think Light, See Light, Be Light 

The more you are aware of the forces of Light the more Light you create. Therefore concentrate on the Light. Think Light, see Light, be Light. Realise that you are the Light that brings forth Light into the world. Therefore never let your Light dim, keep it ever burning brightly so you become an eternal flame that never goes out no matter what is going on all around you. Let your Light increase.

A Burden
 Shared is A Burden Halved 

Never let anything weigh on you, learn to share everything with Me - a burden
 shared is a burden halved. Bring everything to Me in the silence and lay it all
 before Me. Be ever aware of My divine Presence at all times no matter what you 
are doing or where you are. Know that I AM with you always. Perfect love casts
 out all fear, so never be afraid to share everything with Me. Until you give all 
you cannot receive all. Therefore withhold nothing from Me, for I withhold 
nothing from you when you open yourself to Me without any reservation.

 

Be Wholeheartedly Dedicated To The Work You Are 
Doing
It is essential to be wholeheartedly dedicated to the work you are 
doing, no matter what it is. Do nothing half heartedly or begrudgingly because
 when you do, the wrong vibrations go into whatever it is, whether it is cooking,
 washing, ironing, writing a letter, scrubbing a floor, etc., and anyone who is
 at all sensitive will pick up those wrong vibrations and instead of your action 
being beneficial to that soul, it will be detrimental. Therefore tremendous care
 must be taken over everything you undertake.

 

You Need a Transfusion of My Divine Spirit 

Every soul along this spiritual path goes through times of seeming 
darkness, when nothing much seems to be happening, when they are deep down in the valley and the mountaintops seem far, far away and almost unattainable. It is
 at times like these you need a transfusion of My Divine Spirit so your whole being 
is infused with It. Never be a defeatist and sit down in the darkness in despair. Seek here and now for a renewal of the Spirit, open up your heart and feel the transfusion taking place infilling you with new hope, new faith, new desire to do My will and walk in My ways.

Change Your Thinking
Waste no time or energy dwelling on negative and destructive thoughts, dwell 
only on the very best in everything and everyone around you. You carry it out for a while and then you forget 
and allow a tiny negative or unloving and critical thought in, and before you
 realise what is happening to you find your vibrations have been lowered, you become 
depressed and disconsolate and are no good to anyone, not even to yourself. Change your thinking!
 Start here and now looking on the bright side of life, looking for the very best, 
counting your blessings, appreciating everything and giving thanks for everything,
 and you will soon find your whole outlook will change. I need more and more beacons of light in this darkened world, the more light 
there is, the less darkness. If only more souls would realise this and do something
 about it and awaken out of their slumbers and rise up taking that glorious light which is within them out into the world and so change the whole landscape by
 dispersing the darkness, for darkness cannot withstand the light. Do your part 
now and do it with a heart filled with joy and thanksgiving and be everlastingly
 grateful that you know what you can do about it and Do It.

 

Realise That I AM With You, Therefore Nothing
 Can Harm You
Stretch and expand, rise to new realms, enter these new realms with a feeling of intense excitement, as if you were entering into a new adventure,
 pioneering these new realms. Step by step as you move upward, allow yourself
 to enjoy to the full these new experiences and sensations which you are going
 through. Never be afraid of them, realise that I AM with you, therefore nothing
 can harm you. You are more likely to experience harm if you try and resist
 moving into the new than when you go along with it, letting yourself open up, learning something new.

 

Only In The Silence
Learn to take the initiative, to stand on your own feet, to act from within, to lean on no-one else. Never look to someone else for the answers, go on and on 
seeking within until eventually you find that answer yourself within. Do your own 
thinking, your own reasoning. This can only be done in the Silence, when you are
 at perfect peace and can hear My still small voice. Be very, very still and never
 imagine you are wasting time when you go into the Silence, for it is in the Silence

Let The New Unfold, Have No Preconceived Ideas About It Let the new unfold, have no preconceived ideas about it. No one person or one
 group of people have the whole picture of the new. It is a vast jigsaw puzzle
, which will gradually be formed as each individual contributes his individual part 
of the picture. As each piece slips into its rightful place, without being forced 
and without a struggle - for remember every piece fits into its rightful place 
perfectly - so will the New unfold. Slip into your rightful place and there wait
 in perfect peace, allowing every other piece to find its place. It is a glorious 
future that is unfolding, even if you are unable to see what it is just yet. Simply accept My word for it.

 

Help 
Lift And Sustain
What a glorious world you are living in, what a wonderful life you have been 
blessed with. Are you aware of this at all times? Do you give constant thanks? 
Or do you go around moaning and grumbling and complaining about all the little
 things which can annoy and irritate if you allow them to, and drag you down at
 great speed if you let them. Change your thinking and you will change your outlook and behold
 things as they really are, and everything will begin to shine and sparkle and reflect that light and love which is within you. Share your light and love with all those you come into contact with. Help lift and sustain, and never drag another soul down into the darkness by your 
negativity. Take your fellow-human on your heart and help them, never hinder them in
 any way. You have a responsibility towards them. A smile, a word of cheer and 
handshake can do far more than you realise. Always give of your best and
 see the very best in everything. There is good in
 everything and everyone, therefore seek, seek, seek and never give up until you 
have found it.

 

Draw On Me, Lean On Me, Listen To Me And Obey My Instructions
Many souls who start on the spiritual path fall by the wayside; they may have started with high hopes and determination but when the going becomes too hard and the tests too difficult, instead of turning to Me for help they try to do it on their own strength. When they fail, they turn their back on the spiritual life and say it is not for them. Remember I AM with you always. Draw on Me, lean on Me, listen to Me and obey My instructions to the letter. Then you will come through every difficult place in your lives with flying colours and not sink into the mire of despair and depression and refuse to go any further.

Rise Far Above All Earthly Contacts Into The Realms of The Spirit

Be still and in the stillness feel your consciousness expand, feel yourself rise far above all earthly contacts into the realms of the Spirit. Each time you become still you will find you are able to do this. Practice it more and more often. Cease driving yourself and take time to be alone with Me. During the day go away into the Sanctuary; that is what it is there for. Just go in and sit and absorb the peace and stillness and become One with Me, and then go forth renewed in spirit and filled with My divine Love. Never be too busy to do this. This renewing of the spirit is far more important than any job that has to be done because when you are right inside, you will be right outside and will be able to do everything in the right spirit. Whenever you are feeling impatient or irritable, go away by yourself and find that inner peace and stillness and all will become harmony and peace once again.

 

Realise What a Tremendous Responsibility You Hold

Everyone longs for peace in the world. They long to see mankind living in peace and harmony where there is no unrest or threats of riots, strikes and war, and they long to do something to help bring this state about, but don't know how to do it. First of all realise that this state of peace and harmony starts with the individual and there is so much each individual can do to help bring it about. Go quietly about your daily round silently blessing everyone and pouring out love to him or her. By doing this you bring peace and harmony all around you. When you go around feeling annoyed with someone, or are resentful and quarrelsome and are a troublemaker, you are helping to bring about war. Stop and consider this a moment and you will realise what a tremendous responsibility you hold in your hands, how your individual behavior can tip the balance of the world situation. When you can really take this to heart and do something about it, you will be doing your part to bring about peace in the world.

 

Turn Within and Seek Me and Find the Answer

Every question can be answered directly from within. The greatest help you can give any soul is to turn them within so they seek Me and find the answer to all questions and queries and problems from Me. You are no help to a soul if you do all their spiritual work for them. They need to stand on their own feet, they need to take time to seek within, to be at peace and to reach up and tap the Source of all power, all wisdom, all understanding, themselves. Never say you are too busy or do not have time to be still to enable you to seek the answer from within. I tell you every soul no matter how busy has time to do this for it should be as important as breathing. This is Life, Life abundant, Life eternal. So make time to be still and allow Me to work in and through each one of you. I know it is much easier and quicker for you to get someone else to do this inner work for you but I tell you it must cease if you are to grow in wisdom and stature spiritually.
